Elliot Bild & The Zone (Nostalgia Fishtown)

ELLIOT BILD, trumpeter, educator, band leader and composer got his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University, and his Masters Degree from Temple University. Since that time, Elliot has performed with such people as Orrin Evans and the Captain Black Big Band, Norman David and The Eleventet, Conrad Herwig, Randy Brecker, Mike Boone, Byron Landham, Bill Jolly, Pablo Batista, Lucas Brown, Victor North and Adam Neiwood. His band ELLIOT BILD & THE ZONE is an original music and hard bop inspired quintet based in Philadelphia. Their first album “ISMS”, recorded live at Chris’s Jazz Cafe, received a 4 ½ star review from All About Jazz. In October 2024, The Zone released their first studio album, produced by Tim Hagans. They perform at venues such as Cellar Dog Philly, Chris’s Jazz Cafe, Not So Latin and Nostalgia Fishtown.
