About the event
In collaboration with S•U•C•C•E•S•S•I•O•N Fermentory & PhillyJazzScene.com.
Built in 1759, A Man Full of Trouble Tavern is the only pre-revolutionary war tavern remaining in the city of Philadelphia. Closed to the public since 1996, it has now re-opened as a 25 seat tasting room and bar where you can enjoy our full range of farmhouse beers and ferments on draft, cask and in bottle, alongside a highly curated selection of Pennsylvania’s wine and spirits. Every Sunday in January from 5pm–7pm, live improvised music meets thoughtfully crafted farmhouse beers in a space where old Philly History and new Philly Sounds echo off the walls. No reservations. No cover. Donations appreciated, but not required. Just show up, grab a pour, and let the music unfold.
