Pianist Dave Posmontier hosts “Jazz @ The Center” First Wednesday Neighborhood Concerts Series at the Cheltenham Center for the Arts, 439 Ashbourne Road, Cheltenham, PA, 19012.
Please join us on May 7, 2025 as we host Dave Posmontier’s Philly Stomp. Concert starts at 7:30 pm and ends at 9:00 pm.

Philly Stomp brings the sounds of New Orleans to the Cheltenham Art Center with a six piece ensemble playing traditional New Orleans vintage jazz classics with a Philly twist. Among the repertoire are several arrangements by noted bassist and band leader, Ed Wise, a mainstay of the New Orleans music scene. The group is co-led by pianist Dave Posmontier, clarinetist Charly Salinger and trumpeter Stan Slotter. Let's go to New Orleans!
