Lin Rountree, known as “The Soul-Trumpeter,” is a leading figure in instrumental Soul and R&B. With nine albums and 24 Billboard charting singles, including five No.1 hits, he has become a major voice in contemporary jazz. A graduate of Florida A&M University and former member of the famed Marching 100, Rountree has collaborated with artists like George Duke and KEM.
