PKT contemplates space, time, harmony, and melody unfolding it in profound new ways, improvisational at heart with big chunks of composition intertwined. This trio, distilled from PAKT, features Percy Jones’ innovative melodic sonority and approach, front and center, with Motzer, ever the atmospheric guitarist, creating dense layers of sounds and melodies utilizing multiple guitars, electronics, bow, and preparations. Kenny Grohowski is a master rhythmatist, one of the major drummers of our time, unfolding the equations and forms that this band unravels.
