About the event
Explosive and wistful, sinonó draws on Latin American folk and free improvisation to create a space of crackling aliveness. Described as “middle-of-the-night music” (Dada Strain), the trio features vocalist and composer isabel crespo pardo, cellist Lester St. Louis, and bassist Henry Fraser.

TR7 is Taji Ra’oof Nahl an interdisciplinary artist who’s a vessel for audio /visual stage productions. TR7 has projects and/or performed with ; Terry Adkins, Jason Carr, Pete Dennis, Embarker, Mighty Farooq, Shakoor Hakeem, Hezekiah, Hprizm, Eliot Levin , June Lopez, Billy Martin, Julius Masri, Tara Middleton, Vernon Reed, Harold E. Smith, Jamaaladeen Tacuma, Nate Totushek, Yoichi Uzeki, G. Calvin Weston, among others.
TR7 spearheads a sonic collective, The Other Sounds of Philadelphia, which consists of musicians, sound designers & poets whose sonic palette flows from avant-garde & improvisational frequencies.
