Suzzette Ortiz Latin Jazz Ensemble (Artcinia)

The Suzzette Ortiz Latin Jazz Ensemble incorporates both original and jazz standards with a Latin twist; and at times world music; inspired by the many travels of its leader Suzzette Ortiz. She is a retired teacher and now full-time performer and composer. As an educator; she is invited to serve as artist in residence in the tri-state area. She is a published composer and recording artist. Suzzette was part of a renown salsa band that was nominated for 4 Grammys. Suzzette works with accomplished musicians who have also been Grammy award nominees/winners.
