Jay Epstein

With over 30 years of experience, I still love learning and growing as a musician & artist. I've studied music all my life, including an immersive jazz program in high school, AA in Jazz Studies in Cleveland, OH, BFA in Jazz Performance at The New School in NYC, followed by my Masters in Music Education at Temple University. I’ve been lucky enough to study with incredible educators and performers such as Rachel Niccolazzo, Hal Galper, and dozens of amazing artists & individuals across the Northeast. I’m an active composer, educator, and freelance musician living in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philly with my wife & two kids, and a faculty member with Temple University’s Community Music program.
