About the event
Inspired by John Coltrane’s A Love Supreme, this concert invites listeners into a space of sound, reflection, and collective hope. In a time marked by uncertainty, division, and weariness, Coltrane’s musical prayer still calls us toward deeper listening — toward love that is courageous, faith that persists, and justice rooted in human dignity. Through jazz, America's Protest Music, we gather not only to remember a musical visionary but to rediscover the possibility of healing, compassion, and spiritual freedom carried within the sound itself.
